Philippe Park

Philippe Park is the oldest park in Pinellas county. It was acquired in 1948 by Odet Philippe, who introduced cigar making and citrus to the Tampa Bay Area. Philippe Park is very unique to the Tampa Bay Area because it contains evidence of native American life through a shell mound.
